Hello, my name is Mary and I am a Life Coach, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist and have been practicing in Orange County for 19 years. I am passionate about my work as a Therapist and look forward to helping you explore the roots to your current struggles and change the patterns that have held you back in life.

I have a general philosophy of therapy that has a developmental perspective. I believe we are greatly impacted, positively and negatively, by our first experiences of relationships in our families of origin. Understanding and processing these experiences help us move from being 'stuck' into a place of freedom, allowing us to live and to love ourselves and others.

Life is a series of seasons and sometimes we need help along the way. My goal is to see women confront their fears and re discover their potential for greatness!
